3. SMS Messaging Program Terms

This is a critical section for A2P compliance. It explicitly details the terms of the text messaging program.

a. Program Description: Davis Medical Center LLC offers a mobile messaging program (the "Program"), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions. The Program is used to send appointment confirmations, reminders, and essential patient communications related to your care.

b. User Opt-In: You will only receive messages if you have explicitly opted in by providing your phone number and checking a consent box on our web forms. By opting in, you agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in.

c. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number that sent you the message. Upon sending "STOP," we will send you a final SMS message to confirm your unsubscribe status. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, you must sign up as you did initially.

d. Support Information: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or get help directly at {{user.email}} or {{location.phone}}.

e. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

f. Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

g. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

4. Use of Services
