Led by Toi Davis-Washington, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, our practice combines clinical expertise with a warm, patient-first approach. Toi is joined by Gabrielle Reyes, RN, BSN, and Michelle Cooper, RN—both dedicated nurses who bring experience, empathy, and a calming presence to every visit.
